AHA ECC provider courses in Germany

You can attend the following ECC Courses of the American Heart Association ® :

AHA Heartsaver AED Course

Training for first responders or staff in medical facilities.

CPR, AED use, relief of chocking in adults, children and infants.

Four-hour course, small groups with 8 participants + 2 instructors in modern team teaching technology, two months pre-course dispatch of AHA Heartsaver AED Student Workbook (English 2010 guideline version / or available in German).

Certification:
Each participant will receive the international AHA Heartsaver AED Card, Renewal every 2 years recommended.

AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers Course

Basic Life Support training for healthcare providers – hospital, ambulance, physician's office.

BLS adult and paediatric CPR, airway obstruction, AED use.

One-day, small groups with 6 participants + 2 instructors in modern team teaching technology, two months pre-course dispatch of an AHA BLS Student Manual (English or German).

Certification:
Each participant will receive the international AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers Card. Renewal every 2 years recommended. Additionally each medical doctor will receive 10 training points from Medical Association Hessen (Landesärztekammer Hessen). Further 8 training points will be available with CME-questionnaire at the Student Manual (English  2010 guidelines or German).


AHA ACLS Provider Course

Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support Training for medical professionals - hospital, ambulance, physician's office.

ACLS adult CPR, airway management, core ECG rhythms, ACS, Stroke.

Training of teamwork and communication, as possible mixed teams.

Two-day, small groups with 6 participants + 2 instructors in modern team teaching technology, two months pre-course dispatch of an AHA ACLS Provider Manual (English or German) including a pre-course multiple choice test. BLS competency has been completed.

Certification:
Each participant will receive the international AHA ACLS Provider Card. Renewal every 2 years recommended. Additionally each medical doctor will receive 22 training points from Medical Association Hessen (Landesärztekammer Hessen). Further 10 training points will be available with CME-questionnaire at the Provider Manual (English or German).
 

AHA ECC Refresher courses / Scills practice and Scills Test

Self-paced courses are accessible anytime from any computer on the international AHA sites www.onlineaha.org. Students can access the BLS for Healthcare Providers Student Manual, BLS Pocket Reference Card and more for 24 months.

This course may be used for initial or renewal BLS for Healthcare Providers Course completion.

To complete with an official provider card, you can book scills practice and test.
